Terms of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms govern the resale, by Strong 8K acting as an independent reseller, of subscription services to content provided by third parties. Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Prices
Prices are shown in the applicable currency and, where relevant, inclusive of taxes. Strong 8K may change its prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in force at the time of the order.
Article 3 — Order & payment
The order is confirmed once payment has been received via the available methods. Payment data is processed securely.
Article 4 — Activation
Access is activated after payment confirmation, usually instantly and no later than within 24 hours.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
As this is digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the service is activated, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Article 6 — Refunds
Refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
Article 7 — Customer obligations
The customer agrees to personal, lawful use compliant with the laws of their country of residence.
Article 8 — Third-party content & liability
Strong 8K does not produce, host or control any content. The availability and nature of content rests solely with third-party providers. Strong 8K cannot be held liable for any interruption attributable to such third parties or to the customer’s connection.
Article 9 — Force majeure
Strong 8K shall not be liable in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control.
Article 10 — Governing law & disputes
These Terms are subject to the law applicable at the reseller’s place of establishment. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
