Strong 8K operates as an independent reseller of subscription services. We do not host, store, or broadcast any stream or audiovisual content on our servers. We respect the intellectual property rights of others in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. §512) and applicable national and EU laws, and we expect our users to do the same.
1. Reporting an alleged infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or an authorised agent) and believe that material accessible through this site infringes your rights, please send us a written notice containing all of the following:
- your name, capacity and full contact details (address, email, phone);
- identification of the copyrighted work concerned;
- the exact URL or a description allowing us to locate the material;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised;
- a statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury;
- your physical or electronic signature.
2. Handling of requests
Every valid notice is reviewed promptly. Where necessary, we will forward the request to the relevant third-party provider and/or disable access to the material.
3. Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your contact details, identification of the material, and a good-faith statement.
4. Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who are the subject of repeated notices.
